OVERVIEW
Jobber is a leading SaaS platform that helps home service businesses manage and grow their companies.
I've led the evolution of Jobber's visual identity, its sub-brands, and the multidisciplinary team responsible for bringing the brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This has included a substantial brand refresh, major marketing campaigns, and all public-facing events such as trade shows, events, and virtual conferences.
Out of a substantial brand refresh came a visual identity that felt like it belonged alongside the tools they use and the clothes they wear. Embraced texture, hand-drawn elements, and subtle imperfections to create a visual identity that felt more at home in a garage than a glass office. Inspired by brands like Carhartt, Milwaukee, DeWalt, and Stihl, the new system positioned Jobber alongside products its customers already knew and trusted.
