Overview

Jobber needed to update its visual identity to a style that resonated more with its target audiences.

In a highly competitive space the Jobber brand was beginning to feel too similar to its competitors, that of a polished tech company.

Jobber delivers home service providers with a tool to run their businesses more effectively, allowing them to focus on the important work that needs to be done. The brand updates including creating a more tactile brand, one that felt at home in places that home service providers find themselves like workshops and garages.

The result was a brand that relied on the use of textures (like dust, folded paper), realistic elements (hand drawn highlights, masking tape), and photo editing to imply a somewhat dirty and slightly aged photo.
